This policy explains what information Chabla's Automobile Center LTD collects through this website, how it's used, and what to expect from our online Estimate and Appointment request forms. It applies to this website only.
Information You May Submit
When you use our Estimate or Appointment forms, you may submit:
- Contact information, such as your name, phone number, and email address
- Vehicle information, such as year, make, model, and mileage
- A description of the issue or damage, and optional notes
- Optional photos or documents you choose to upload
- Insurance-related details, if your request involves a collision or claim
How We Use This Information
We use the information you submit to respond to your estimate or appointment request, contact you about your vehicle, and provide the services you've asked about. We do not sell your personal information.
How Your Submission Is Delivered
When you submit our Estimate or Appointment forms, the information you provide, including any photos you upload, is sent by email to our team so we can respond to your request. We do not store form submissions in a database; the only record that exists is that email. How long we retain those email copies has not yet been finalized.
Email & Spam-Prevention Providers
We use Resend to deliver these email notifications on our behalf, and may use Cloudflare Turnstile to help verify that a submission wasn't sent by an automated bot. These providers process only the information needed to perform those functions, governed by their own privacy policies.
What Not to Submit
Please don't include sensitive information beyond what's needed for your request. For example, avoid submitting Social Security numbers or financial account numbers through our forms.
Our WhatsApp contact option opens Meta's WhatsApp service in your browser or app. Messages sent through WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms, not this one.
Directions & Maps
Our location section embeds a Google Map, and our Get Directions link opens Google Maps in a new tab. Use of Google Maps, including this embed, is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through this website, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our website and online request features change.
